Digital Marketing Manager - WFH during Covid-19

Our client, the world's most innovative finance
and technology company, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of app store optimization (ASO) channel management to join their team.

**Please note, this role is remote for the time being but will be returning to the office in a hybrid schedule eventually. A laptop will be provided to you!**

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

- Supporting all digital marketing initiatives, lead gen & retargeting efforts to drive campaign efficiency and scale
- AB testing, concepting and creating landing pages (with help of the design team), owning data and making sure it’s efficient, identifying issues where there is dip in performance, bidding optimization, audience refreshes and working with the team's Project Manager to manage 3rd party agencies
- Assisting with executing & implementing digital marketing strategies, affiliate channels, direct response campaigns, creative and landing page A/B tests, optimization efforts across all digital channels
- Leading the creative optimization utilizing best creative practices by channel, testing frameworks to drive more leads and delivery on marketing KPIs as defined by the campaign, channel & growth goals
- Managing ASO channel including creative, keyword, and copy optimizations and building relationships with Apple and Google Play
- Deploying regular ad creative refreshes across acquisition channels and provide guidance on the creation of assets for maximum appeal and performance
- Creating and managing a scheduled workflow through all phases of campaign planning to execution
- Facilitating and driving launching new marketing campaigns and test channels.
- Assessing campaign performance, identifying new opportunities, and managing cost per acquisition targets
- Working with cross-functional teams to execute digital marketing campaigns and deliver insights.
- Partnering closely with the analytics team to measure effectiveness and to drive campaign efficiency and recommendations
- Collaborating with Growth Marketers to help drive success in cross-channel and lifecycle goals
- Coordinating production of high-quality marketing assets using a combination of internal resources and external vendors
- Proactively researching and monitoring industry trends on a regular cadence to support the creative team in building new ad opportunities and drive performance goals




The ideal Digital Marketing Manager must:

- Have at least 5 years of digital marketing experience (Paid Social/SEM/Display preferred)
- Have previous B2C experience
- Previous agency or tech experience preferred
- Having experience in financial services is helpful but not necessary
- Have a working understanding of app store optimization (ASO) channel management and best practices
- Experience with mobile app advertising is a huge plus
- Be an subject matter expert in paid social across Facebook Search, Google Search, Apple Search, Snapchat, Tiktok, Reddit, and Facebook and extremely data-driven
- Experience with affiliate marketing is a huge plus
- Have a strong understanding of Web/Mobile App campaign measurement and attribution
- Be data-driven and analytical, especially in assessing campaign performance, identifying consumer behavior, creative opportunities, and managing cost per acquisition targets
- Be comfortable managing external vendors and agencies
- Be a self-starter and innovative with a drive to build impactful campaigns
- Be an innovative and strategic thinker who brings new ideas to the table
- Be able to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment to hit deadlines and drive efforts
- Have an outgoing personality
- Have previous experience managing external vendors
- Have experience handling multiple priorities, creative projects across marketing teams
- Be familiar with digital marketing asset production
- Have a strong eye for art and design
- Be diplomatic while working with stakeholders but driven by facts to make your case and be comfortable pushing bask when needed
- Be comfortable working cross-functionally as you will touch many teams, often being the conduit to bring people together to come to a solution
- Be comfortable working in ambiguity, deadline-driven, intense environment
- Must be flexible with hours and willing to work later at night or early in the morning to meet with offshore analytics team
