Our client is the creative team of a women's apparel company seeking an Integrated Art Director with experience in fashion/retail, skills in digital design, and the ability to handle concept through production. This position will be at least 2 months and 40 hours/week and likely extend and/or convert to full time. This role is mostly offsite but the ideal candidate will be able to travel onsite to Central NJ for occasional photo shoots.

The Integrated Art Director will:
- work on campaigns end-to-end, creating design concepts for all channels (digital, social, desktop, mobile, print, etc.)
- direct photo shoots at onsite studio
- develop story boards and shot lists
- coordinate and prep design assets for website
- execute deliverables from concepting through production independently (ie. crop/resize/retouch images)

The Integrated Art Director must have:
- Experience as a Senior Designer or Art Director working within the apparel, fashion, or related retail space
- Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to direct photo shoots
- Ability and willingness to handle production
- Understanding of HTML/CSS (no coding required)

*Laptop will not be provided unless onsite*
