Video Editor with Motion Graphics Skills - WFH during Covid-19

Our client, a healthcare market research agency and a world leader in turning physician experience, expertise, and observations into actionable insights for the global healthcare community, is seeking a Video Editor with Motion Graphics skills to join their team full time.

**Please note that this role will be remote for the time being! A laptop will be provided to you!**

The Video Editor will be responsible for:

- Leading and producing high impact videos from storyboard to delivery, collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams
- Concepting and producing digital product animations & demos, promotional product videos, physician insights & data visualization works, physician interviews, client case study videos, company culture & recruitment videos, educational & explainer videos, social content, b-roll
- Working within the brand's existing style guidelines as well as working closely with the Creative Director to establish and evolve design standards for all videos, making them more fun and engaging
- Leading the day to day execution of videos for the brand and conceptualizing how the brand's visual identity will be included in each video
- Concepting and creating a range of videos from 30 seconds to 2 minutes that will live on Vimeo as well as the brand's website and applicable landing pages
- Creating videos using existing stock images, current product assets and product b roll / recordings that are high quality and easy to digest
- Animating text on screen, adding motion to product demos
- Building out a menu of video templates for the sales team to utilize and customize as needed as well as proactively creating new, unique video templates
- Partnering with external agencies & vendors, collaborating on projects or providing guidance
- Working with the internal marketing team to concept content that will be used in videos
- Managing a network of international video resources, providing valuable feedback and ensuring videos adhere to brand standards
- Helping to build out the brand's internal video team

The ideal Video Editor must:

- Have 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the tech industry, healthcare industry or working with platform-based digital products
- Have a portfolio that showcases digital products being brought to life / digital product promotion in product demos, explainer videos, automations, etc.
- Have an expert understanding of editing and motion design, and the equivalent proficiency in industry standard tools: After Effects, Premiere, Final Cut and related plug-ins
- Experience or knowledge of common design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and the Adobe Suite is highly preferred
- Have a passion for bringing powerful, engaging videos to life from start to finish
- Have a strong track record of delivering high level work in a fast paced environment
- Experience with on-site video production (camera, lighting, audio, etc) is preferred but not required
- Have strong visual design skills, with the ability to leverage imagery, illustration, and typography in addition to motion to produce polished, visually refined videos
- Have excellent communication—persuasive but humble in explaining your work, always being receptive to feedback from any team member
- Be constantly looking to improve and polish your workflow
- Genuinely enjoy working with other team members and learning from one another, but also thrive working independently
