Marketing Analyst - WFH during Covid-19

Our client is a financial corporation seeking a Marketing Analyst to join the Analytics team. This is a 5-month, 37.5- hour/week assignment that could extend or convert and starts remotely for now. The ideal candidate will be local to Northern NJ to work a hybrid onsite schedule once the team returns to the office (no set date currently).

The Marketing Analyst will:
- Lead marketing analytics projects, from campaign design, business review meetings with internal clients, gathering requirements, and data analyses to final presentation/report
- Define performance analytics standards, guidelines, and marketing KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness
- Use statistical methods to drive marketing acquisition, targeting, upsell/cross-sell readiness, and lapse prediction
- Measure bottom-line impact of marketing strategies by informing test design to perform cost benefit analysis
- Oversee development of dashboards and distribution of standardized reports to provide ongoing insights

The Marketing Analyst must have:
- 3+ years of experience in analyzing marketing data and developing reporting, including ROI/attribution analysis and funnel optimization
- Hands-on experience with SAS, R, Python or similar
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Bachelor's degree
