Our corporate client is looking for a Marketing Events Specialist!

This role is:
- 40 hours/week
- 3 months, possibility of extending to 6 months
- Mostly remote with option to be in the office occasionally when needed - their office reopens in September.

- Project manage and coordinate events + tradeshows! This includes event logistics, budget, staff registration, exhibit and booth selection/layout, contract negotiation, etc.
- Coordinate pre and post-event communication plans
- Work with your Manager to drive marketing plans and promos around each event
- Collect and track leads from each event
- Manage communications with all third-party vendors

Ideal candidate:
- 4+ years' experience in the events space, preferably with corporate companies
- Ideally experience with both physical and virtual events.
- Self-starter; requires minimal guidance and can ramp up quickly
- Experience working with different stakeholders across the whole company - i.e. sales, marketing, executive leadership
- A huge plus if you have experience working with companies in the tech space!
