eCommerce Digital Merchandiser - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our client, a CPG company that owns many well known food brands, is looking for an eCommerce Digital Merchandiser, who has full funnel digital marketing awareness, to join their fully remote team, 40 hours/week with the potential to convert to full-time if it's the right fit! The client may also hire direct full-time.

The eCommerce Digital Merchandiser will build a brand identity and online presence through the dissemination of multimedia content online for all of our client's various retail partners in addition to Amazon.

The ability to deliver against each of the retailers’ requirements as laid out in annual plan and ability to keep up with deliverables on an ongoing basis is key to success in the role.

eCommerce Digital Merchandiser Responsibilities:
• Develop a content strategy based on business objectives as well as the retailer’s specifications
• Create and maintain retailers’ requirements and scorecards to maintain a 90+ rating
• Set strategy for the content and design team to create the consistent and compelling content across all delivery channels and manage distribution of content across all channels
• Create KPIs and reports on a regular basis to maintain A+ rating across all retailers
• Develop content strategies that align with the initiatives and goals set by brand teams
• Company’s liaison for all Digital campaign activations- Identify, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns and programs
• Collaborate with eCommerce manager to build roadmaps and plan strategic initiatives & optimization efforts to hit digital campaign goals and targets
• Campaign monitoring to ensure the eCommerce accounts are pacing well relative to budgets and targets (maximizing ROAS)
• Ability to function within various retailers platforms, understanding of their requirements and understanding of daily syndication feed or as needed
• Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising, content marketing, digital advertising campaigns
• Administrate the publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content, including creating regular publishing schedules
• Implement content editorial calendars to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns

eCommerce Digital Merchandiser Soft Skills
• Able to carry out duties and responsibilities with limited supervision and make decisions, establishing work priorities to meet deadlines and accomplish tasks
• Effective team player to help build and maintain the omnichannel structure
