Our Agency client is currently seeking a Social Media Community Manager.

This is a remote role, working EST, and will require some onsite meetings with the client in Stamford, CT.

Social Media Community Manager Responsibilities:
- Support Skincare client in building the brand presence on all social media platforms through organic content and community management
- Plan, develop and coordinate the organic content calendar by social platform on a quarterly and monthly basis; includes creation of social media copy and creative based on program strategy, social media & audience insights
- Manage all social media posting from brand owned channels
- Respond daily to all consumer posts and foster an active community across all social platforms, includes developing in-the-moment content and posts
- Lead Social listening to find relevant insights for the brand to have a POV and incorporate into social strategy
- Lead briefing, production management, liaison and approval process of any social assets/ posts
- Lead updating of community management response documents
- Lead monthly and quarterly social media reporting
- Stay current on all social trends and industry landscape
- Participate in regular status and brainstorm meetings with the integrated agency team, brand/marketing, internal teams
- Work collaboratively with the Account Director and help with strategy, planning and program management
- Work collaboratively with fellow Social Media Managers and help cover brands if someone is on PTO
- Brand champion to internal & external stakeholders

Social Media Community Manager Qualifications:
- 4+ years in digital, social media, public relations or advertising
- Beauty /skincare experience is ideal
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven track record of exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to take on different brand tones and styles
- Proficient in developing creative and aesthetically strong visuals for social media, such as graphics, gifs, videos
- Superior attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to deliver high quality, creative work, learn quickly, and effectively multi-task and manage deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of online community platforms and best practices
- Proficient in reviewing, analyzing and deriving key insights from social media metrics
- A strong understanding of popular social media channels such as (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Tik Tok, Snapchat and how to effectively measure content performance on these channels
- Current on emerging social and content marketing trends
- Familiar with the digital media landscape outside of social media, may include paid search, SEO or e-commerce
- Flexible working hours (some late nights and weekends)
- Solution-oriented with a strategic mindset and collaborative approach
- Exceptionally results-driven, responsible and accountable
- Effective time and project management
- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Proficient in social media management and measurement tools such as Sprout Social, Meltwater (Sysomos), Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, social media native platform business/ad managers, etc.)
- Proficient in creative tools like Photoshop and Canva
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 tools such as (but not limited to) Word, Excel and PowerPoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams
