Video Production Coordinator - WFH during Covid-19

Our Healthcare Agency client is currently seeking a Freelance Video Production Coordinator to help their team out on an ongoing freelance basis.

This is a remote role for now due to COVID, working EST hours, and will be 40 hours per week.

Video Production Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Manage video project timelines
- Oversee video editors and animators daily workload
- Organize and update ongoing projects
- Create and manage project timelines in Work Front

Video Production Coordinator Requirements:
- 2 years of agency project management experience, specifically video production
- Pharma is preferred but not a must
- Highly organized and an effective communicator
- Experienced with video production and video formats
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Premier and After Effects
- Ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously
- Experience working with Workfront
- Comfortable working with clients
