Remote UX Designer - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our client is a UX Design firm seeking an Enterprise UX Designer for a fully remote (offsite) 40-hour/week assignment that goes through Q2 of 2022 and may extend. You must have your own laptop.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on SOFTWARE or system with a data-rich application and complex interactions (versus only marketing websites).

The Enterprise UX Designer will:
- Work on a large enterprise-level platform for a client in the insurance industry to replace a 25-year-old legacy system
- Partner with UX Designers and Product Owners to help define/refine product requirements based on user needs
- Measure performance of designs using usability testing and iterate and improve designs as needed
- Help define UX design patterns and guidelines to create consistency across app and contribute to design system management
- Communicate directly and build relationships with users and stakeholders

The Enterprise UX Designer must have:
- 3+ years of UX design experience, including experience on at least one large, B2B, enterprise-level design system
- Proficiency in Figma
- Portfolio showcasing thought process (challenge/solution) and user journey maps, userflow diagrams, and prototypes
