Our Social Media Tech client is currently seeking a Learning & Development Specialist

Learning & Development Specialist Responsibilities:
- Provide necessary training support, including needs assessment, design, development and delivery of learning initiatives
- Drafts and improves content for customer service agent learning needs (including instructor led sessions, workshops, e-learning, and blended learning.)
- Facilitates feedback sessions and gathers insights from Subject Matter Experts on training project effectiveness.
- Participates actively and can knowledgeably articulate status of projects
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

The ideal Learning & Development Specialist:
- Experience in Learning & Development, especially in instructional design, content development, and project management of learning experiences.
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
- Strong history of managing strategic projects with cross-functional teams, preferably with global scope
- Communication and presentation skills with a proven history of success working with executive level leaders to synthesize complex concepts into actionable insights and recommendations
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with teams

Education/Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience with any of the following fields: sales operations, sales training or sales enablement
- Bachelors degree required. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience prioritizing work, project managing, surfacing risks and maintaining a backlog
- Experience assessing educational needs and building training content
- History of managing strategic projects with cross-functional teams, preferably on a global level
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with executives
