Digital Marketing Analyst - Hybrid

Our client, a senior care company, is looking to hire a full-time, data driven Digital Marketing Analyst who has agency experience.

This will never be a fully remote role so candidates must be willing to eventually be hybrid, onsite in their NYC office 2-3 days a week and then remote the other days.

The Digital Marketing Analyst will be a key member of the team responsible for managing digital acquisition channels including paid search and paid social.

Digital Marketing Analyst Details
• They are a mission and data driven organization that is results and KPI focused while maintaining a strong set of company values
• Their brand is established and has strong brand awareness and they’re also given the budget to grow the brand
• The hiring manager would prefers to see demonstrable successes on a resume
• Agency experience is important along with strong growth/performance marketing experience
• Must be hands on with pulling data from platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager etc.
• Must know the ins and outs of making campaign adjustments
• Must be comfortable working with their digital agency but also independently
• A high level of ownership over driving business results is key
• Tactical knowledge is key (must already know Google ads
• Culture fit is big too: presenting oneself in an engaging way, driven, roll w/ the punches
• Potential interview questions could be: How did you dig into a campaign that wasn't performing well? How did you identify issues?

Digital Marketing Analyst Requirements
• Hands-on experience managing digital acquisition campaigns in platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook, and others
• 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing, media agency or other similar roles
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Passionate about the numbers, with a keen eye for detail, and proven data interpretation capability
• Outstanding analytical skills to report on paid marketing tests and iterate and adapt for future marketing opportunities
• Ability to analyze large data sets and present concise program readouts of performance towards key business metrics
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
