Senior Brand Manager - Hybrid

Rate Salary is DOE plus 20% annual bonus
Our client, a senior care company, is looking to hire a full-time advertising Senior Brand Manager who has agency experience (perhaps an Account Manager looking to go client side / step into their first in-house role).

This will never be a fully remote role so candidates must be willing to eventually be hybrid, onsite in their NYC office 2-3 days a week and then remote the other days.

Senior Brand Manager Overview Details
• This is a mission based brand that has a very engaged customer base
• Agency experience is ideal but also a background from various industries/clients (not just in-house experience from one brand)
• High sophistication with advertising and creative development is key
• Insight into strategy from briefs to production will be helpful, along with a familiarity of design
• They just launched a new marketing campaign and will be shooting a 2nd iteration of that campaign in September
• The team is 14 people and there’s lots of support; an Associate Brand Manager was hired recently
• They move at the same pace of a startup so at least some agency experience is needed
• Must understands big brand advertising and be passionate about all forms of integrated advertising

Senior Brand Manager Responsibilities
• Amplify overall brand strategy, vision and positioning across marketing channels
• Build brand awareness and consideration with potential customers, elevate the brand externally and accelerate internal employee passion
• Support development of breakthrough and effective advertising creative utilizing television, print, radio, direct mail, social and digital
• Extend and support the brand vision across all owned channels and touchpoints including expression of the brand across various sites, digital environments and within collateral
• Maintain brand guidelines; lead brand review practice with key partners throughout the organization
• Lead ongoing brand research; build and share valuable consumer insights to further elevate the brand’s current leading position in the category; improve results and make campaigns more effective
• Maintain, further develop and own brand KPI’s and contribute to firm wide story of performance and growth in conjunction with key measurement partners
• Manage an internal associate brand manager, creative agencies and measurement partners

Senior Brand Manager Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years' experience in brand management (agency account management experience is sufficient), helping build customer centric digital brands
• Experience setting creative direction and executing breakthrough campaigns across marketing channels (paid, owned and earned)
• Experience in paid and organic social content and creative
• Fluent in being able to translate and drive growth across brand and performance channels simultaneously
• Past experience in customer led organizations and driving real customer insights that drove to breakthrough results; seasoned in managing a brand portfolio
• Previous success executing complex marketing programs for small to mid-sized digital focused brands
• Ability to measure marketing ROI with expertise in B2C businesses

This is a direct hire, full-time, in-house Senior Brand Manager opportunity and agency experience is required!
