Our client is looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join their team for one year.

In this Paid Search Specialist role you will:
- Plan, execute, analyze and optimize digital advertising campaigns for a national brand
- Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Operations, you will join a close, collaborative and motivated digital marketing team
- Work with stakeholders from across the organization as an advisor on digital advertising methods, capabilities and opportunities
- Lead end-to-end digital advertising initiatives: strategy and plan development, campaign building and implementation, analyzing, optimizing and reporting

Skills and qualifications for this Specialist role:
- 2+ years' digital advertising experience
- You have hands-on experience with Google and Facebook ad and analytics platforms
- You're an expert in digital advertising and have experience acting in a strategic advisory role, consulting with stakeholders on how to best achieve campaign objectives
- You can manage advertising campaigns from end-to-end (you're strategic, a planner and a doer)
- You have experience with many different optimization strategies and know how to use the best ones to achieve campaign objectives
- You have managed annual advertising spends of at least $50,000 (preferably greater)
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an asset
