Our client, an agency supporting a well known Fortune 500 CPG company, is looking to hire two full-time, client facing Senior Project Managers for eCommerce, one focused on operations and one focused on delivery, both fully remote for now but with potential to be onsite in NJ 1-2 days/week at some point in 2022.

They are having issues with delivery and forecasting and need organized PM's who have experience in fast paced environments, ideally from the agency side, to help streamline processes.

The PM focused on operations will oversee workflows and collaborate daily with VP's and Directors on the client side.

The PM focused on delivery will streamline processes and partner with brand teams to ensure creatives are working efficiently and have an understanding of upcoming forecasted work.

Senior Project Manager Overview Details
• Be a steward for the eComm workstream that will focus on timeline development, project tracking, forecasting upcoming work, and brand guardianship of eComm interdependencies
• An understanding of eComm production is a major plus
• Prior experience building relationships with clients is ideal since this role requires a strong blend of skills in client service and project management
• No direct reports starting out, maybe in the future due to growth
• Must understand the agency pace, direction is always changing
• At least some agency experience is needed
• Supporting 40 – 50 well known brands across various categories in food, home care and personal care

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities
• Embedded alongside the e-Comm US team and brand champions this role will be the key liaison between brand teams to forecast the upcoming workload, and establish an accurate roadmap
• Manage progress and any challenges related to any interdependencies, briefs and other requirements to adhere to that roadmap
• Run reports and track updates to projects in process to ensure programs are run with the correct and up-to-date data
• Track KPI’s, ensure they are met, and identify ways to improve the program
• Identify risks and will identify mitigation strategies / problem-solve to ensure decisions and action is taken
• Be the point person for brand champions’ questions on requirements, schedule and workflow
• Work with the eComm team to better understand volume and forecasts, relaying the information to account leads
• Maintain clear face-to-face communication with clients, and manage expectations of the stakeholders
• Support the core management team that oversee the entire production program
• Ability to create and maintain reports that track the inventory, progress, issues, resolutions, impacts, forecasts and other KPIs
• Conduct daily communications on progress, issues, solutions, impacts, forecasts and next steps
• Forecast the upcoming workload, and create a realistic roadmap of volume, complexity and requirements in order to support the core management team to align the production capacity
• Apply problem solving skills – ability to state the risks, issues, impact, solutions and next best options for the stakeholders
• Obtain client feedback in a structured manner and share with teams
• Monitor and incorporate feedback from the client and/or the internal team for continuous workflow improvement

Senior Project Manager Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in Project Management in a client-facing creative department
• Prior eComm production experience is a big plus
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work under tight timelines
• Communication skills and savviness to persuade, and motivate, the stakeholders to stay in course with the production process and requirements
• Fearless in diving into the details, and collaborating with stakeholders to find solutions
• Ability to track details, forecast issues and translate the progress into trackable metrics
• Take ownership in the process, results and the workflow
• Prior experience with reporting and tracking 100’s of projects in flow
• Equipped with high emotional maturity to work with stakeholders from various backgrounds
