Our client, a boutique creative agency that is grounded in radical humanity, is seeking a Senior Account Director to join their team.

**Please note, in this role you will be required to be in the office Tuesday-Thursday each week! A laptop will be provided to you!**

The Senior Account Director will be responsible for:

- Being the main link between current clients and the entire agency team
- Maintaining, developing and strengthening existing client relationships along with taking a proactive approach to building new ones, while working alongside Strategy, Creative and Production leads
- Juggling all of the moving parts of a project, collaboratively balancing the tightrope of our client’s goals and expectations with the reality of what's required to make it happen
- Managing multiple clients at once
- Collaborating and clearly communicating with internal and external resources
- Ensuring that deadlines are met, and seamless, stress-free delivery of outcomes are achieved
- Managing a team of Account Managers and junior team members


The Senior Account Director must:

- Have at least 5 years of account services roles at an creative agency or design firm
- Have proven experience handling multi-million dollar projects with high end brands
- Be comfortable working with multiple clients at once and be able to multi-task across multiple projects, clients and teams
- Be resourceful so that obstacles don’t turn into delays and have excellent creative problem solving skills
- Have a razor sharp attention to detail, picking up things that others might miss
- Have a high EQ that helps you gauge the health of client relationships and the subtle shifts in sentiment, confidence and buy-in
- Be genuinely curious about learning and committed to growth
- Have an innovative spirit and be willing to try new approaches
- Be able to be direct while always showing warmth and understanding
- Be very ambitious and growth oriented (both personally and professionally)
- Be an active listener that can absorb information that’s shared, directly and indirectly, pivoting when needed to solve a client's problems
- Be able to make clients feel calm and confident even when things are going crazy behind the scenes
- Be passionate about culture and have fostered your own interests and knowledge in key areas of the cultural landscape
- Be comfortable working across multiple time zones (teams in London, LA and Sydney)
