Our client, a global beauty group, is looking for a full time Director, Social / Digital Marketing to lead, own and drive growth of social and digital engagement for two well known brands.

***Please note, you will be required to work onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday every week, starting after Labor Day.***

In this role, the Director, Social / Digital Marketing will be responsible for driving social media, paid search, display and digital marketing efforts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and other digital channels. Leadership skills and experience are critical, as you'll be building and managing a team of 3-4 people. Key responsibilities include:

- driving social campaigns from end to end; analyzing data to tell stories, layout roadmaps and develop strategies that hit KPIs
- identifying key customers and working with internal and external teams to implement social and digital campaigns that drive engagement
- leverage various channels to drive the awareness, consideration, acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue goals
- overseeing strategy, planning, implementation and coordination across all social media / digital initiatives to drive sustainable sales, market share and profit
- champion process improvements that streamline campaign targeting accuracy, time to market, creative reviews and strategy / KPI prioritization
- create and guide channel budget optimizations
- bringing together marketing teams to untie strategies that result in strong performance
- oversee a team that works with other marketing and creative teams departments to align gaps, prioritize projects and partner on enterprise digital marketing projects
- partnering with consumer insights and analytics team to ensure consistent performance management and measurement across audience, channels, and campaigns
- hiring, developing and retaining strong talent; drive new thinking and performance that optimizes business and setting clear organizational goals
- creates a team environment that encourages accountability, innovation and high quality work

Requirements for the Director, Social / Digital Marketing include:

- minimum 10+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing; preferably with exposure to the beauty or CPG space
- subject matter expertise in social channels, with proven experience driving end to end campaigns and deep knowledge of the creative process
- ability and willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute in a lean team
- experience managing at least 2-3 team members and demonstrated success in hiring and retaining teams
- passion for social and innovation
- Bachelors degree
