Art Director - WFH during Covid-19

Our client, a large beauty brand, is looking for a Freelance Art Director to join their team on a long-term freelance basis with the potential to go full time for the right fit.

This role will be remote through the end of September. Beginning in October, you will be expected to be onsite 2x per week.

The Art Director will be responsible for:
- Concept and execution of 360 campaigns for a well-known Cosmetics brand including print, digital, social, video, experiential, eCommerce and mobile
- Concept and execute photo and video shoots for social
- Participate in client meetings and pitch creative concepts
- Ensure all final work meets client standards and balance client demands with participation in broader agency initiatives

Art Director Requirements:
- 4+ years of Art Director / Designer experience
- Must have fashion, beauty and/or lifestyle experience
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing and advertising
- Strong digital / social skills
- Strategic, big-picture thinker with a strong portfolio of highly conceptual work
- Strong sense of visual style; strong layout, typography and graphics standards
- Engaging leader able to mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and providing constructive feedback
- Willingness and ability to be scrappy and resourceful
