Our client, a well known financial services company, is looking to hire an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Managerr, remote for now but long-term the plan is a hybrid remote + work from home model (their office is in Hudson County, NJ and is easily commutable by mass transit).

A certification from Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot, or Pardot is required.

This is not a content position, rather a strategy and execution focused campaign opportunity that straddles service and product marketing.

The ideal candidate has experience with data integration into Eloqua.

Senior Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities
• Build and execute customer-focused email / marketing automation campaigns to drive usage, conversion, retention and engagement
• Own execution in Marketing Automation tool and end to end ownership of the data + analytics
• Set-up, test / QA and deploy email campaigns
• Set up and QA campaigns in Eloqua for lifecycle marketing stages, lead nurture, onboarding, and conversion
• Build program test plans in coordination with the Senior Director
• Set up and QA data integration between CDP and Marketing Automation tool in partnership with internal marketing team
• Experience with a CDP is a plus but not required; they just onboarded a new CDP (customer data platform) last year
• Partner closely with cross functional teams (e.g. Digital Marketers, Product Managers, Data Ops, Analytics, Brand Teams) to execute campaigns, as well as optimize and analyze campaign results
• Manage email production
• Accurately estimate and track program results, weekly campaign timelines and deliverability
• Ensure on-time delivery from including timelines expectations and communicating out project timelines

Senior Digital Marketing Manager Requirements
• High levels data competence: overseeing data loads, exports and configuration
• Email / mobile marketing experience (5+ years minimum)
• Experience with life-cycle email campaigns for SaaS products
• 4+ years of significant hands on experience w/ digital marketing automation tools, specifically email marketing tools (Eloqua strongly preferred - campaign canvas, reporting, data in and out flows)
• Understanding of segment creation, data loading and QA
• Understanding of how to build out scalable personalization
• Passion and ability to be agile in campaign development, execution and delivery of results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand data sources, data mapping, campaign logic, and campaign performance (ROI analysis and recommendations)
• Curiosity and energy for digging into campaign data and leveraging technology
• Ability to iterate and learn quickly to optimize campaigns
