Our client, a well-known high-end real estate company, is seeking to hire a full time Senior Vice President, Marketing to focus on Development Marketing.

This role will be 100% onsite, in NYC. SVP Marketing MUST have development marketing experience within real estate to be considered.

Overview: Seasoned professional assuming responsibility to create, manage and execute the Marketing Program for assigned Properties, supervising all marketing and project initiatives, supporting development sales efforts.

SVP Development Marketing Responsibilities:
- Strategic marketing and project management for new development collaborating with developers, investors, architects, designers and development marketing teams
- Define marketing strategy, creative direction, and project positioning for luxury residential properties
- Outline scope of work requirements, craft RFP, and manage on-boarding process for consultant professionals
- Development of launch strategies including key marketing and publicity efforts and events, managing media and PR efforts
- Oversee and manage creative agencies for all creative campaigns including collateral, print, digital, advertising, branding, social media, and event
- Work closely with real estate developers, oversee timelines, budgets and deliverables and ensuring marketing strategy is adhered to
- Stay abreast of competitive landscape for product marketing and public relations opportunities; identify emerging trends
- Train and oversee junior staff members’ professional development
- Participate in ad hoc projects and client pitches as needed

SVP Development Marketing Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional real estate development marketing experience with 2 years minimum in residential real estate
- Very strong project and client management skills, ability to be client facing with strong presentation skills
- Articulate, assertive, diplomatic with a strong POV
- Sophisticated appreciation of design, culture, ability to work with creatives to ensure marketing strategy is aligned
- Team player with demonstrated ability to work well within a corporate environment
- Highly organized, attentive to detail and comfortable working on multiple parallel accelerated tracks
- Excellent writing skills, exquisite marketing acumen exposure
- Ability to prioritize and discern immediate needs, ability to remain strategic when it comes to creative
- Strong leadership and logistical sensibility, resourceful and proactive
