Java Developer - WFH during Covid-19

Our client, a leading national retailer, is looking for a Java Developer to join their team.

In this Java Developer role you will:
- Join an agile team building web apps for a national retail company
- Write key Java components for different verticals and applications
- Work closely with a Lead, Back End Engineers, UX/UI and QA, you will participate in all efforts from product vision + ideation and write smart, solid code that delivers for the team

Skills and qualifications for this Java Developer role:
- 5+ years' experience with deep Agile experience
- You have strong Java knowledge and previous experience with v10 and/or v11
- You have experience developing RESTful web services with SpringBoot
- A solid understanding of Design Patterns, JPA, ORM and unit testing frameworks, integration testing and Postman
- You have experience building applications deployed using Docker, Kubernetes, Pivotal Cloud Foundry
- Solid experience with build tools including Angular CLI, VS Studio Code (IDE)
- Previous experience with Google BigQuery and Cloud
- You can build and test your code and operate as a team member with strong collaboration and communication
