Our client, a rapidly growing marketing and strategy agency, has an exciting opportunity for a full time Account Director with experience working on financial services clients to join their team.

In this role, the Account Director will be dedicated to overseeing the relationship for a Fortune 100 financial institution's performance marketing campaigns. Responsible for day to day oversight of account activities, you'll be a champion of the work while always keeping client's goals and best interests at the forefront.

Additional responsibilities include:

- end to end project management of performance marketing efforts
- gaining clear understanding of client goals and working hard to meet them
- sharing ideas, inspiring peers and team members to do their best work
- communicating openly and fluidly with client and team
- managing cross functional teams to ensure highest quality and output
- building and presenting client presentations; working with team members to enhance their presentations as well

In order to be considered for this role, the Account Director should have:

- minimum 10+ years in agency account management, with experience working on Fortune 500 clients in regulated industries, ideally financial services
- strong strategic and analytical thinking across various business problems
- proven ability to build deep client relationships
- innate enthusiasm and accountability to client satisfaction and retention
- experience managing cross-funtional project teams, both remotely and in onsite settings
- experience and comfortability working in fast-paced, deadline driven agency settings
- a humble, kind and hardworking demeanor
