Marketing Coordinator - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our client, a large food company with many well known brands, is looking for an outgoing Marketing Coordinator to join their team, fully remote, on a freelance to possible full-time basis (the goal is full-time but they don't have the headcount approved yet so it's 6 months freelance to start).

This is a freelance Marketing Coordinator opportunity that is focused on Project Management with the long-term goal of being a full-time Brand Management Marketing Coordinator.

Marketing Coordinator Details
• Report to the Senior Brand Manager supporting various marketing duties
• Assist with Project Management duties daily (they use Excel as their PM tool)
• Accumulate assets for a customer marketing program and guide the creative process
• Help with big food shows; for example, there is a national pizza expo. coming up in August
• Light Excel skills are ideal for project management and also Vlookups and conditional reporting
• Assist with forecasting and analysis, looking at past data and coming up with averages
• Assist with a massive 300 label rebranding w/ one of their private label customers, already underway
• Track the labels as they progress through the system / process
• Look at multi-brand coupons, a year ahead to organize the future plan
• Not owning the brands but intermediate for the brands between the food service division and the larger retail brand teams
• Execution plus lots of follow up w/ legal and various teams
• Working on lots of different categories and brand groups
• Submit project briefs and follow up with graphics team for updates
• Fridays all year they end at 2:30 PM so it’s a 38.5 hour work week, Monday – Friday, standard East Coast hours
