Our client, a boutique award-winning, woman-owned advertising agency specializing in video-based campaigns, commercials and content, is seeking an Assistant Production Coordinator to join their team on a full time basis.

This role is located in Industry City, Brooklyn and has fantastic benefits, however will start off remotely before going back onsite later this year.

To be considered for this role you MUST have previous advertising agency experience and a passion for video content!

Assistant Production Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Producer and Production Coordinator on all aspects around video shoots and productions
- Monitoring production budgets, including tracking all production-related invoices and wrapping production expenses
- Booking catering, coordinating dietary restrictions among crew, talent and client needs
- Sending crew and talent start paperwork and managing payroll
- Creating model releases and coordinating with talent on all details
- Sourcing and securing shoot locations, from studios to apartments to mansions to museums, and everything in between
- Supporting casting, putting out digital/ online casting calls, coordinating callbacks and negotiations with talent
- Developing call sheets
- Attention to detail and passion for all aspects of video production is critical to success in this role!

- 1+ year of on set experience as a Production Assistant highly preferred (or another relevant role), but not mandatory
- 1+ year agency experience, working with video production teams
- Passion for advertising through video, excited to work on a small team where you have tons of responsibility and room to grow!
- Ideal role for somebody looking to climb the ranks into production / producing video!
- Demonstrate fiscal responsibility and integrity
- Be super detail oriented and hyper organized
- Must be a resourceful, proactive self-starter with a get-the-job-done mentality
