Account Director - Freelance, possible Full time - WFH during Covid-19

Our client, a B2B Digital Marketing company, is seeking an Account Director to cover for maternity leave with opportunity to go full time after 6-8 months.

This role is remote to start and a workstation will be provided. If you are passionate about Tech, B2B and client management and looking to join a small team with a lot of influence, this role is for you!

The Account Director will have the following responsibilities:
- Overseeing about 6 accounts
- Assisting with production of long form eBooks, blogs, websites, and brand positioning
- Leading client relationships, acting as the day-to-day communicator
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts
- Consulting clients on strategic, tactical and creative choices
- Bringing Content Marketing projects to the finish line on time and to budget
- Reporting on program performance
- Turn strategic briefs into clear instructions for creative and realistic budgets and timelines for clients
- Helping to build a content strategy and drive the program

The Account Director will have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of Account experience at an agency running digital projects and campaigns
- B2B and Tech Experience a must
- Experience working with small clients/ startups/ developing brands ideal
- Familiarity with Social Media and Web best practices
- confidence and experience to stand up for the agency when necessary to remain focused and productive
- understanding of MS office, Google cloud, and social platforms
- hunger to learn about tech markets and digital communications
- Excellent communication skills, on paper and verbally, both with clients and colleagues
