Our client, a boutique sized award winning digital agency located in Queens is seeking an experience Business Development Manager to join their team!

This role is for someone who wants to take initiative and work alongside a CEO to grow and build a boutique agency of smart people into something monumental!

This is a full-time salary role (half onsite in Queens, half remote)

The ideal Business Development Manager will:
- Create monthly, quarterly and annual plans to map out a defined path to success
- Develop a pipeline of leads
- Establish new relationships with CEOs and Marketing Leaders at small to mid sized companies
- Engage in pitches and discussions with target CEOs to understand their needs and see how the team can help them, close new business based on pipeline

The ideal Business Development Manager must have:
- 7+ years of agency or marketing experience specifically within the Business Development or Account Space!
