We were selected to build a content solution that enabled them to clearly communicate their unique solution-set value proposition to the marketplace via a new enterprise level website. The sum of content services included content development, content editing and project management services.

Solution

Our team worked closely with the client to build the content delivery operation:​

  • Industry specific teams of writer/editor partners were stood up to partner with a singular client sponsor who in turn would interface with the internal stakeholder team.​
  • Project management was centralized across verticals.  The Senior Project Manager and our Engagement Manager built and delivered against a complex project schedule. ​
  • We delivered financial transparency on a weekly basis via a detailed burn report tracking actual versus estimated spend against the project delivery plan.

Result

In just under (4) four months, we successfully delivered the following scope of work:

  • 500 pages of context for a revamped site, including strategic briefing, strategic copywriting and delivery of copy decks​.
  • Optimized copy for high-scoring SEO​.
  • Content for 57 Insights landing pages, inclusive of meta description copy​.
  • Development of 40 subscriptions landing page copy​.
  • Development of 5 templates for events and specialty web modules​.
