Our client, an advertising business organization, comprised of leading media and technology companies which sell, deliver and optimize digital advertising and marketing campaigns, is seeking a Marketing Director to join their team in a freelance to full-time capacity.
You'll be working alongside two other Marketing Directors and reporting directly to the CMO.
The top priority for this role is your ability to provide insight guidance and execution plans for top-level digital advertising and marketing strategy.
You MUST have experience working in the digital ad tech industry and basic knowledge of programmatic advertising.
Your marketing vision will drive campaigns for social media, events, press plans, creative execution, and paid media. You'll work closely with teams specific to those disciplines to clarify the strategy and allow them to plan/execute.
This role will require you to have strong written communication skills as you will be responsible for writing marketing event recaps, key takeaway presentations, website blogs, etc.
Marketing Director Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital ,marketing / advertising/media
- Impeccable written communication skills
- A flawless ability to explain strategic approaches
- Understanding of utilizing Google analytics data is a MUST
The ideal candidate has an analytical mind. You must be able to grasp key concepts + new trends / technologies, and brainstorm how those can be leveraged via marketing.
This is an onsite freelance role anticipated to begin June / July 2017 with the end goal of converting to full-time.
