||Writers (Long Form - Editorial & Technical)- Freelance
|| 1-2 Weeks
Our client, a well known media and publishing company, is seeking Technical Writers to help their team out on upcoming projects.
We are flexible for onsite or offsite work for this project.
We are looking for candidates who can bridge the gap between editorial and technical writing. We are looking for a variety of styles, so apply with a few bullet points as to why you are a great fit!
The client's in house team is currently attending multiple trade shows that support the material science industry. They are currently seeking Writers to take executive summaries, recorded interviews, and first hand explanations from these trade shows and turn them into 8-10 page reports that will live on their website.
These reports must be engaging to the consumer, who in this case are professionals in the ID world, company executives, and marketing professionals. You will also be responsible for taking existing reports and shortening them down to 8-10 page reports.
While you do not need to be well versed in the material science world, you should be able to take executive summaries, conversations with trade show attendees and recorded interviews and create engaging long form copy that will appeal to the consumer.
This is a 1-2 week assignment that begins in June and is flexible to onsite or offsite. There is also the potential for ongoing work.
