Our Real Estate client is seeking a full time Marketing Coordinator to work out of their Oakbrook Terrace office.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:
+ Designing and producing leasing flyers, eblasts, advertisements, signage, and other marketing collateral
+ Retouch floor plans, photos and renderings
+ Preparing memoranda, letters, proposals, charts, tables and other documents using various software packages
+ Maintaining client databases and distribution lists
+ Assisting the marketing team with preparing and updating client-specific reports

Desired Skills and Experience:
+ Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent field
+ Experience with copywriting for marketing collateral
+ Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Illustrator
+ CorelDRAW experience
+ Industry experience in Commercial or Retail Real Estate

The Marketing Coordinator will be working with the Leasing Team. They will report to 2 Partners, 8 Brokers, and will also collaborate with office administrators for specific projects.
