Our Health & Wellness client is looking to add a VP of eCommerce to their growing team.

In this role you will be the leader of their Global eCommerce effort and is responsible for the growth if the eCommerce channel for their worldwide sites.

You will oversee a small team, organized by function and will work cross-functionally with the marketing team, supply chain teams, finance, sales, and customer support.

+ Optimize the experience on existing sites to improve conversion and increase repeat purchases
+ Define requirements for ecommerce execution
+ Provide input to prioritize roadmap for launches and deliverables
+ Improve, develop and support promotional opportunities for brands online
+ Develop business plan and budget for ecommerce function covering global regions
+ Plan, assign, and direct work for your team
+ Oversees the day-to-day eCommerce operations, maintenance, and performance measurement of the company websites.
+ Analyze and assesses the effectiveness of all existing operations and current needs based on new technology and market competition
+ Maintain positive open lines of communication with all leadership to inform, build partnerships and further evangelize the importance of the digital space efforts. Partnering across the company is critical to success.
+ Play a key role in the company’s go-to-market process, and maintain a close relationship with the brand marketing team, representing the digital consumer and ecommerce efforts

+ 10+ years management with experience in ecommerce strategy, marketplaces, and digital execution
+ Proven ability to develop/implement a successful eCommerce strategy
+ Working knowledge of web technologies, web programming languages, web page design/layout, and web site performance measurement
+ BA, BS or equivalent experience
+ MBA preferred
