Our eLearning client is looking for a full-time Dir. of Marketing Analytics with tech experience.
You'll report directly to the SVP of Marketing Strategy and Operations. In this role you'll lead a team of 4 to create a high-performing data analytics team that focuses on ROI. You'll be tasked to develop the strategy and build infrastructure of this team. This role is both high-level strategy but also hands-on.
Your responsibilities cross a wide-range of marketing activities (e.g., campaign ROI measurement, channel analytics, demand waterfall reporting) for the client's educator and student customer segments, and include standardized reporting, dashboards as well as ad hoc reporting.
The best fit will have 7+ years of Marketing Analytics with 3 years of people management. You need a proven track record of developing a successful team. You'll be hands-on with Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, SiteCatalyst, and Tableau.
